We offer free local curbside pickup and delivery within the GTA.

Items usually ship within 2-3 business days from time of order. Shipping times will vary depending on delivery destination.

Returns & Exchanges

We think you'll really love your order but for any reason you don't, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money.

  • Returns or exchanges may be made within 14 days from date of purchase
  • Shipping labels for returned or exchanged items will not be provided
  • The cost of shipping will not be included in your refund
  • All returns will be inspected to ensure item is unused and in great condition

  2. Local Curbside Pickup: We offer free local curbside pickup for customers within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Once your order is ready, we will notify you with pickup instructions and location details.

  3. Free Local Delivery: We are pleased to provide free local delivery within the GTA. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered after it has been processed.

  4. Standard Shipping: Shipping times will vary depending on the delivery destination. You will receive a notification once you're package has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  1. Free Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer free returns and exchanges for all items within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  2. Return & Exchange Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item(s) back to us.

  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  4. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team, and we will help facilitate the exchange process. We will ship the new item(s) to you as soon as we receive the original item(s) in satisfactory condition.
